The  Gledhill Shaw Cooperative Personnel Services (CPS) test and the occupational skills (OS) assessment is an important part of the Canadian firefighter selection process, used by many fire departments in Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, and Windsor.

CPS People (Situation Judgement)

The situation judgement section evaluates your people skills, such as teamwork, communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor,  and a desire to help people.

Situation jusgement questions start with a scenario which describes a common situation you would find yourself in. and different types of problems or delimmas.  You must choose the most effective response.
